Welcome to TalentShadows!

TalentShadows (“Company” or ”We”) offers online services to event attendees to purchase tickets and event organizers and venue operators to create event registrations to promote events, sell tickets to, and/or process admissions for event attendees to those events through our website www.talentshadows.events (the “Website”, and collectively the “Services”). We refer to event organizers, venue operators, and event attendees collectively as “you”.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy. This policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit the Website and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting and disclosing that information.

The Company provides its Services to you subject to the Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy, which shall be deemed part of the Terms of Service. Please read this policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, you are not authorized to, and may not use our Services or the Website. Third Party Payment Transactions

We use a third-party direct payment gateway and payment processor called “Stripe, Inc.” to collect, authorize and process payment for your purchases through the Website. We do not collect or store your credit card data, other than the last four digits for reference purposes. Instead you are forwarded to Stripe’s website where you will enter your credit card and other personal details necessary for payment authorization and processing. We choose Stripe for this service because they protect your payment information in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). PCI-DSS standards are managed by the PCI Security Standards Council (a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover) and are designed to help ensure the secure handling of credit card information. How We Use Your Information

·                To provide you with information to event attendees about your events from us or the event organizer or venue operator.

·                To provide you with information to event organizers and venue operators about your events from us or the event attendees.

·                To provide you with information, products or services that you request from us or an event organizer or venue operator.

·                To present our Website and its contents to you.

·                To carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, including for billing and collection.

·                To notify you about changes to our Website or any products or services we offer or provide though it.

·                To allow you to participate in interactive features on our Website.

·                For any other purpose with your consent.

We may also use your information to contact you about our own and third-parties’ goods and services that may be of interest to you. If you do not want us to use your information in this way, you may opt out at any time during the registration process or adjusting your settings.

If you delete your account from the Website, copies of your User Content ay remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other Website users.
