If you have a TalentShadows account, your tickets will appear under the 'My Profile' area after a purchase. Here you will always be able to view or download any tickets you have purchased through us.

If you did not have a TalentShadows account at the time your tickets were purchased, contacting the event organizer or sponsor of the event is the best way to have them re-sent. Always feel free to reach out to us at support@talentshadows.com for assistance with this.
